Poor service

I joined the company and the inform me they will sort out my debt midation I signed up for four months the company has not paid any account and they keep telling me to speak to admin thier admin department does not respond and I even ask them to send me proof of payments the lie and say they will send but end up not sending nothing I got feed up and cancelled even in my cancellation I asked for a refund of my admin fees and redflag fees they still after 30 days never responded to me This company is practicing unfair and they say the remove your debt review status in 6 months but never did nothing to assist me
