Looked all over for a replacement catch for my Brabantia refuse bin and came across them on the web. Put in a query for the availability of the small catch I required. Joshua rep**** immediately and week later they had sent it to me in Johannesburg (They're in Cape Town) at no cost! What backup service! The refuse bin is advertised as having a lifetime guarantee but I never in my wildest dreams thought the agents would offer such service. Well done!
