Bad Service Alcapone Premium
Placed order on 22 June, got notified that courier picked it up on 23 june, even got tracking number for courier guy, no delivery to date no response

Al Capone Teaching online support: a financial disappointment
On the 5th February 2026, I received a call from Nishan Ramdhani. He claimed that he can assist me to get onboard with online teaching. Because I was in need of a job and I am unsure how to do the online teaching, I listened and followed his guidance. He claimed to have a contract with Oikid to do all their training for them as well. He asked for a fee of R450. Half could be paid now and the other half, when I land the job with Oikid. We spoke telephonically and on WhatsApp and even in video interviews. I sent R250 via EFT. Then I had a challenge of getting a suitable laptop. So he was willing to assist saying his friend who works for CTI can supply me with an i5 laptop. At this point, I sent Oikid a message to find out if Nishan Ramdhani was doing training for them. They rep**** that he is, but he is inconsistent. Out of having a need, and him building my trust and Oikid's response, I forwarded Nishan Ramdhani the R1400 he asked for the refurbished laptop. I never saw the laptop come to light. Nishan still had the nerve to ask me for R750 in order to send me the i7 laptop as the i5 laptop is too slow. He later asked me for R400 to install fibre at my home. Fortunately, after I lost the R250 and the R1400 to Nishan Ramdhani, I never sent more money for any other thing.

Another complaint about disappointing service from Al Capone Menlyn
I am disappointed with the client sercive at Al Capone Menlyn. Since they didn’t have my Camper shoe size when I visited 12 days ago on 16 Nov, they ordered from Palazzo Pitti in Johannesburg who confirmed that they had it. Al Capone Menlyn told me it should be here by Wed 19 Nov. Having heard nothing from them, I contacted tgem a week ago on 20 Nov. They told me it should be here by Monday morning 24 Nov. It is now Thursday 27 Nov, and I have again not heard from them. I followed up now and they told me they did not have my size in the store and was busy with their Black Friday specials. I note that two other clients complained about similar bad experiences at Al Capone Menlyn. I add herr my disappointment in Al Capone Menlyn’s service
