Save your money and NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Whatever you do, don't EVER use this company! They are very quick to take your deposit money, promise you the world and delivery times and then you never hear from them again..... I did a R45 000 job with them, then added an extra R15 000 extension as I was happy with the first work that was done (although they had to come back), so on the new work they take a deposit, promise me 3 weeks and 7 weeks later I have still not heard from anyone in this company..... A reputable company would contact clients and inform them on any delays. Trust me, rather save your money and avoid companies like this, there are many other South African companies that would appreciate your work. This will now be deleted as only good publicity may be displayed, but I hope just one person sees this, as it will be on my wall too... What I thought was a good company turned out to be completely wrong.
This client works in Angola and when I sold him his awning I was very clear that I could not do it before he leaves for Angola but will definitely have it done by the time he gets back. Six weeks later we arranged with his Father to open the house for us. We went to the house the first time only to be told that we couldn't do the job that day and had to come back the next day. When we went back the next day we were told that the client phoned from Angola and said we couldn't proceed. When I emailed the client for an explanation he rep**** by email that he had bought a new house and didn't want the awning any more. He then insisted that he wanted his deposit back. I told him that I only asked for a small deposit because I had previous dealings with him and felt comfortable but the deposit that he paid doesn't nearly cover my cost. The awning is tailor made and cannot be used anywhere else. The real issue here is that the client has bought a new house and he is quite comfortable for me to lay out money for the awning that he doesn't want any more and now there are sour g***** because I won't refund his small deposit. So I have lost money because the client bought a new house ??
