Refunding my Deposit

On The 17th of September 2015 I received a quotation from Alawnings for a louvre at my house for R26800.00
My wife Jade Otto made a deposit into their account of R13,400.00 on the 25th of September 2015.
Albert(Alawnings) missed his 2nd appointment with me and up until today never communicated with me as the client as to how far progress is regarding our Louvre.
I had to force him to commit to a date and even a time for installation. After yet another failed/missed appointment to come the friday morning 16th October 2015.I called him and he had a few excuses as to why his team will be late.
He eventually agreed on that day, 16th Of October 2015 to refund my deposit today on 19th of October 2015.
I still don't trust his word and would want the Consumer Protector/Hello Peter to assist, as I paid for a service but never received any value for my money.I submitted a complaint this morning with the consumer protector as well to assist/ help get our deposit back of R13,400.00

Alawnings contact Details-***
Albert-***
Hello brentotto,

Yes I did miss ONE appointment for which I apologized. At the point of sale I promised a three week delivery. Friday was exactly 3 weeks from date of deposit. I did communicate regarding the progress as I even met with the client for the second time on 30th September to look at a braai that he bought which would affect our installation. Perhaps the client forgot about this. There was no failed attempt on Friday. It is normal practice for our teams to arrive on site between 9 and 10 in the morning. In the last 3 weeks, every time the conversation didn't go in the clients favour he would threaten me that he would take his business somewhere else. On Friday he phoned me early and again threatened me and verbally abused me. They say the client is always right but sometimes I think companies need a forum like this to protect them from clients like this.
