Commission not paid out
In January 2017 I have contacted the company to supply paint to a client (AMA Equipamentos) in Beira- Mozambique. Per discussion with Mr Carr Graeme the Sales Manager, we agreed on a payment of a referral commission me. The value of the purchase amounted to R 538 068.90 and R 1 068 041.87 respectively. Per further discussion with Mr Graeme he indicated that the commission will be payable however a decision on the amount of the commission to be paid was still being agreed by executive management. He sent me an email on the 14 March 2017 requesting my banking details to effect the payment. To date I have not heard anything from him.
In fact he wanted the company to purchase paint worth 76000 which was in Maputo. AMA Equipamentos did not buy it has the company felt that the price was inflated. Mr Graeme, wanted this paint to be bought which we could not due to prices charged.
How can this be sorted.
