Terrible services and products
i will never refer Aksons Wheels to anyone and i advise that no one should use them. I purchased a Mercedes Vito in October 2025 from these guys in Durban and i am based in Johannesburg. From the day i received the Vito there has been multiple issues regarding an error that states " right hand side malfunction contact workshop" we also had an issue with the window control unit not working. They managed to send me the new part and get it fixed in Johannesburg. a few days later we had the same issue with the window control unit so i had to take it back to journey man Edendale to get it fixed, this carried on for at least 2 months of back and forth to journey man. At this point i wanted to return the vehicle and was advised by Wayne and Andre that these issues will be sorted. So i kept the vehicle. Just before i left to Durban in December i started having issues with the gear selector and another error stating " without changing of gear consult workshop. so basically the vehicle is an automatic vehicle so now the gear selector does not want to work. Eventually we had to tow the vehicle to Mercedes at the glen. We were advised that a gearbox part was damaged and needs to be replaced. aksons did not want to take responsibility and asked me to pay half. So i did as i was frustrated about the service and vehicle that I've bought. When i used the vehicle to Durban about 4 days later after it was fixed it gave me the same error so i spoke to Wayne and Andre and they booked it into Mercedes in Durban for the same issue around the 18th of December. When i got to Mercedes i asked them for a printout of the vehicles history. once i saw that printout i was shocked to find out 2 months prior to me purchasing it while the deal was going through the vehicle went into Mercedes for the exact same thing and when we asked Wayne about this he says he has no knowledge of it. Aksons is blaming all this issues on the sound that was put into the vehicle but clearly on black and white from Mercedes it has been having these issues before i even purchased it. the rear view mirror cover is burnt i don't know how that's even possible. as time went on i started using my own funds to get this vehicle right. after all this I've realized this vehicle is possibly an accident damaged vehicle which these guys fixed at Andres panel beating shop and sold it as a new vehicle with low mileage. This vehicle was sold to me under false pretenses.

Akson's Wheel Umhlanga
This dealership in Umhlanga is selling dysfunctional vehicles. I bought a red golf R GTI. It gave problems when I got home. They gave me hell when I report it. Fortunately I won the case after 6 months up and down. I lost money in the process. I do not wish my enemy to buy any vehicle from them.
