Empty Promises Galore

I purchased a lovely vehicle here in the month of August. Since I lived in Gauteng I was informed I will have to do the licensing of my car by myself and I will be reimbursed for this. Today is the 10th of December and I am yet to be fully reimbursed. As petty as this is but a happy customer should be key and I can gladly say I am far from being happy. A legal route is in preparations.
