Akmed pharmacy poor service delivery on Sunday

On 13/09/2026 at 09:30 - 10:00 am me, my wife and son went to the Pharmacy to get some medication for my son because he was sick. We then stood in a line and waited till it was our turn. Finally we get to the front because it is our turn, however when we started explaining to the lady behind the counter she was busy with other customers that was not evens in the line. She did not evens listen correctly to what we had to say and just told us that cough medicine would work and it had nothing todo with a cough. (Giving wrong advise with medication is a big issue regarding the law) Her customer service was very poor and she did not handle us as if we are customers(very rudely). She then just told us to go to the pharmacist when she did not evens listen to us.

I find it very disappointing that we have received a service like that. (Is this how we treat ill people?)

We normally go to the pharmacy because they are very good, however my experience on Sunday make me not want to return to the pharmacy.
