****** Money, Refuse to answer my mails, no order number

I thought they were offering something completely different than their website. Their website is translated from french to English. I immediately realised i made a mistake. I tried contact them. They took off R3300 from my account. I said I don't want the product. Please refund me my money before you ship the goods. they have not got back to me despite me sending them about 6 mails. Its like their website is a front. When I try to go to their refund page it gives an error. Its like these people don't exist. These people are *******. I live in South Africa. I was retrenched in January 2020 and these people are in France, with a strong currently and *****. ; +***
