Unwarranted Content subscription opt-in from AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY)

I got a sms from Telkom stating my monthly fee to be paid. I noticed in the sms that the amount is more than my monthly fee. When I checked my balance online and downloaded my latest invoice, I found that content services/subscription from AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY) has been added to my account. When looking at the details, it seems like a games provider company. When I went to the Greenacres branch of Telkom to query, I was given the run around. The 1st consultant said that she could not help me with that specific query, I must go to the technician. He said that when I/somebody/a ghost surfed the internet we accidently clicked on a link to subscribe to the service. My issue is, CONTENT SERVICES should automatically be blocked especially if you have a data contract (SmartBroadband Wireless Uncapped 1 POSTPAID) like i do. I cant load airtime on the sim but yet content services can be activated on it. I did go to telkom's online web portal and logged in and canceled the subscriptions. But I'm really moerig, with the drama that content subscriptions created over the last decade I would think that I.S.P's would put more stringent measures in place to block activation of it without the users knowledge. Or is this a TELKOM service......... Plus trying to find contact details for the company you run into whole lots of roadblocks just getting an email address or telephone number.
