These ******** are enabled by Telkom who get a share of the pie. Telkom facilitates this theft! I have requested a refund and was told no refunds allowed and that if I don't pay the amount, Telkom will hand me over for debt collection. I am old with one foot in the grave - good luck to them - go for it! Time to migrate to another service provider
