telkom Value Added Services

AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE which is a subscription that I did not agree to. Telkom is claiming they have nothing to do with it however when you search online what this AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE is then it comes up as a TelkomPlus service. I cancelled service 3 times and it got activated again Telkom can not help me to block this service. I lost R60 last month this month is R18 has gone any way to stop this happening again called Telkom no help.
