Telkom and Akinga Vertical Service Provider are big ****mers

I am livid with Telkom and Akinga Vertical Service Provider for deducting subscription services I didn't agree to. I approached Telkom to cancel the service and I was assured that it won't occur again but to my surprise I am billed for the last 3 consecutive months. Please help
