******* and ******** deductions to my account

I have reported to Telkom that my account is billed by a company Akinga VSP that I have no knowledge of. I never accepted a subscription from them. Since February of this year my account has increased from a fixed amount of R369 to a statement of R1600. I pay the fixed amount every month and Telkom still debits my account with a second amount which i have not consented to. Please assist!!
