getting billed for **** i ddnt authorise akinga vertical service

i have a contract with telkom , its been 14 months now, for the past 2 months im being billed extra R3 per day for something i did not subscribe to . ****** akinga vertical service provider appears on my statement. i dont know what the hell that is. im furious Because i went to telkom in july to have it removed, but to my surprise my invoice has R3 pilling up daily.
