******, unprofessional and a bad attitude

I booked accommodation at Akidogo Guesthouse through [URL Removed] under booking confirmation number *** and pin 7845. There is misrepresentation in that it says that it is in Amanzimtoti whereas it is in fact outside Amanzimtoti and is about 10 kilometres from there in an area called Winkelspruit. I would know, better because I am originally from Durban and once upon a time, I used to work there. They say that their latest checkin time is 7pm but if one is going to arrive later than that, they can make an arrangement with the owner. I sent the owner a text message informing them and later spoke to them in order to make an arrangement because my flight from Johannesburg was scheduled to arrive at 7h30. When it got delayed, I texted them again to inform them about this delay. When I was enroute to the hotel having picked up my hired car, the owner called me and started shouting at me. The way he addressed me was very ******, condescending and rude - he called me a young man and said that I spoilt his night. I am not only a family man but I am a businessman hence at my age, I can't be addressed as a boy. Ian unceremoniously cancelled my booking but they have not refunded me.
