Unprofessional, rude and unhelpful

Very hurt and disappointed. I took out a laybuy on the 25th January at Bree street and paid half the amount. Now due to unforeseen circumstances I called to get my money back but Ahmed was very rude to me saying he doesn't refund. Seeing that I was adamant about getting my money he then said I must contact head office and hung up the call without having my issue resolved. I'm going to file a case to the CPA for this nonsense.
