Unhappy customers complain

I bought dinning suit and bed at Akhona furniture in Pretoria, the chairs where not the same quality as the display chairs and the bed broke within a month. They now giving me problems when I lodge my complain. Its been 4 weeks now, they took my chairs and said their taking them back to the supplier to fix them and they don't communicate with me. I went there today the 17.02.2022 to complain again and the manager was ignoring me. The bed case is different they say they can't exchange it without slip, but told them I have proof of payment on my bank statement. Can you assist me with this shop.
