Unhappy customer 😑

Last week Friday we bought a wardrobe and it was delivered the next day morning. They didn't assemble it and told us that they will come on Monday. So my husband had to take a day off on Monday and wait for them. They didn't come. I called them then they said I must check appointment date in the receipt. I did that and they wrote nothing. I told the consultant that there's no date but we were told orally that they will come on Monday. The consultant asked me to hang up then he will come back to me in few minutes. I waited for an hour then I called back then boom no answer even today. What must happen now? Can they please come and take their wardrobe and refund us so that we can be able to buy where we're taken seriously. We cannot take day off at work for this nonsense
