Unfair and incomplete service provided

Incomplete and unfair service provided I have bought couches. Kitchen units and dusted CASH in on the 16th not received any of those since. I when to store Akhona furniture- Pretoria 117Lillian Ngoyi STR yesterday I was told it will be delivered today. Now the driver delivery kitchen units only because they don't couches in store room . I found this shop very ********* and unprofessional to sell something which in boot on store for cash and lying to customers with no valid of when will I receive my couches and bin. It was bad experience as first customer and will advise anyone do verify with consumer ombudsman before any purchase took place.
