Tempered Driver

Bad and ill tempered driver to assemble a wardrobe. What an awful experience received from a driver who happened to harass me on the phone and belittling me as being a woman. We bought a wardrobe at Akhona in Pretoria and we were told that the driver will come to assemble the wardrobe on Friday. The guy called me and asked for the adress, of which I did and I asked him to contact my husband who was at home and he was rude to tell me that he doesnt have to call my husband, I have to give him the address right away. I mean, Im at work going for a meeting ... he started shouting at me and said with a loud tome "tell him to call me now" At the same time, my number was given as an alternate, and not to call me there and there. I had to call my husband to ask him to call me. I gave him the address and he shouted at me to say that I should give him the directions. How on earth do you go to a place without having a GPS or besides that if one has given you an address which is strait forward, what was the point of asking for it initially. I was treated badly by this man. Something has to be done. After 2 hours, he calls me again to give him directions... Oh my word. I called my husband to call him again and he uttered nasty things about me that I insulted him. ****.... This guy is not customer orientated and therefore the business is going to suffer because of him. He is a liability to the company. This has to be addressed
