*****, POOR QUALITY AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

I ordered 2 chest of drawers from them on then 29th of December 2021. I realised that one of the draws were broken on the inside and told them I wanted that one draw to be exchanged. To date they keep giving me stories about the drivers not being able to deliver due to the weather, broken truck etc The manager Gullan has been such a **** throughout. I paid in full but they're treating me like I owe them something. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM! TERRIBLE QUALITY AND POOR SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!
