*********** manager and lack of communication

manager manager is very ***********, lacks honesty and lacks communication we purchased a wardrobe and a carpet on Saturday which were supposed to be delivered same day the cupboard was not delivered and there was no explanation why it was not delivered upon delivery which there was also no delivery note produced to be signed.

The weather report supposed to be assembled on Monday by their employees which never showed up and I kept on calling for communication which the manager was very untruthful he kept sending me from pillar to post giving me wrong numbers to call because I was looking for the assemblers numbers to call them and find out how far away from attending to me which all the guys that I could said they were not given my address meaning they were not told to come complete their task here at the end the manager ended up not answering my calls I kept calling and calling and calling and he did not answer.
