Bad service Delivery

I bought my wardrope on the 30.12.2020 the payment was fully paid. When i made the payment the cashier told me they will deliver same day but they will come do the installation the following day i am not getting any updates from the business when i try to call i can not reach them. If they are not willing to install the wardrope can they come fetch it then i get my refund because now what they doing is very ********* and very unprofessional. Lets not pay for business thats giving us bad service. I am very unhappy about the service given there.
