Bad customer service

I bought a glass table at the Akhona Furniture branch in Johannesburg CBD, Albertina Sisulu Street. When i opened packaging the table was broken and i immediately called the store only for the manager to rudely tell me there's nothing she can do about it. I spent almost R2000 on a table and im being told there's nothing that can be done.,im so disappointed in the pathetic service i received and i want a refund. Chiedza.
