Unprofessional communication with potential clientt

On the 19th Aug 2025 I requested a quotation from this company to move my furniture to another house. I received the quote at 15:23, and later that same day (19:20), I received a very unprofessional and lengthy WhatsApp message from them (see attached screenshot).

Instead of a polite follow-up such as “Hello ma’am, I’m following up regarding the quotation,” the message came across as rude, desperate for money, and unprofessional in tone. It left me feeling uncomfortable as a potential client.

Professionalism and respectful communication is very important when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, this company fell short in this regard.

I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve the way they communicate with clients in future.
