HAIR in food!!!

So my company ordered food for the staff from here. Firstly they got the order wrong. We ordered 9 chips and cheese toasted sandwiches and we got chicken and chips. Our order in total was R430 with 2 other sandwiches which they got right. However, the one girl found hair in her food!!! The driver came and collected the sandwich but no offer to refund as there is no chance we want food from them. It even looks like hair that is not from the head. Horrified!!!
