Beware Akhalwayas Kensington (39Kitchener Avenue Kensington) Albertina Sisulu Road

I have lived across the road from this "bussiness" 39 (Kitchener Avenue Kensington as on Google) for years now, 25 years to be exact..and what I have seen will disgust you. As far as our Knowlage the building was not built to regulation by the city planners and council. In the beginning when this building was bought by a 1 Mrs Rehana Loonat, it was a ground floor shop building and now is a 2 story building with apartments above all the shops below..including the back of the property which is back rooms. Raw meat (carcass) of lamb and other meats are delivered in the open air and on a main road with cars flying past creating dust and not to mention the 2 shops next door are panel beaters and fix cars on the pavement right where the "fresh" meat is delivered and taken into and through the front door..not through a clean and safe environment for fresh meat. (worse now with Covid 19) The whole lamb carcass is not covered and slung over the delivery mans shoulder. Back to the Car shops..they play music, angle grind, drill and have huge arguments throughout the week from as early as 6am on a Saturday or Sunday till 10pm at night. The car shops also get boxes of car rims and tyres that come wrapped in plastic, that they then leave out in the open and blow around at night making our area look like a *** lives there. The car shops also get delivered ******* tyres as we have seen very suspicious people at night that have tyres wrapped up in blankets and make deliveries way...way after trading hours. We had a incident years ago where the owners husband thought a African employee was *****ing and attacked him and beat him up..the employees name is Rhyder and still works there, if I am not to be believed you probably can ask him. There are tenants that live above the establishment that I am sure will recipicat some of what I have said including looking for yourself at the "ally way" (*******) on the left of the establishment. The house can't even open the windows because there are cars and at least 10 different people up and down it. All of this is owned by a Mrs Rehana Loonat and i have on a few occasions tried to do the humain thing and ask nicely if she could sort out this problem as it is a constant irritation and health hazard. Many people are in and out there. HelloPeter is the 2nd place I thought I could get some help or at the very least warn people about this disgusting, eyesore of a "food" establishment. If only I could put pictures ,videos and sound recordings of all I speak...everything I send to Rehana on WhatsApp is never opened nor rep**** to. My next step is to a radio station like 702 or Cartblanche. I hope this helps any customer that is willing to step inside and purchase any form of food.
