Phones are almost never answered. Staff are not compassionate, frequently disappearing from the entire floor. I needed my blood glucose checked and it took over 45 minutes before we eventually got a staff member from ANOTHER FLOOR ENTIRELY to check my blood glucose. Multiple occasions of asking for doctor to be called and get orders for meds or such are fruitless. It's always a case of 'just now', regardless of urgency.

A fellow patient was berated in front of me and a 'doctor' threatened to have him discharged if he did not abandon his meal and follow her immediately for a consult. This place is not caring, and I have a hard time understanding how this can be good for anyone's mental health.

And of course my medical authorizations are not done correctly. Authorization was sought until the 12th but I was discharged on the 18th. Called 6 times with no answer. 7th time the receptionist put me through to the case manager, and, as expected, there was no answer on the phone
