Akeso Clinic Umhlanga is terrible

Absolutely appalled at this place. Arrived today to admit my daughter. There was no one at reception besides a security guard. We are told to wait in reception for the admission person who is apparently on lunch. My daughter was already anxious and very teary and a patient comes to speak to us and tells us that my daughter should rather not stay here as this place is not up to standard. The security guard then tells her to go and then says not to pay attention to that patient as she is "not right" and she had to be "disciplined" because she was engaging in ***ual activities with a make patient outside. He then proceeds to say as long as my daughter behaves she will be fine and he will protect her! To say I was shocked would be an understatement. Asked to speak to someone in authority. The sister on duty then eventually came to speak to us and she said she had no knowledge of that incident, which just makes it worse as one would think that any incidents would be reported to them immediately. I told her that I am not happy leaving my daughter in their care and we left. If you or a family member are thinking of going there rather stay away!
