<p>Received a call from Estelle Jansen - what an awful human being.</p> <p>Interrupted constantly, unapologetically rude consultant that should not be in customer relations in any shape or form, absolutely offensive, threatening tone of voice. Should be fired for that kind of service! Name and Shame!</p>
