Ridiculous attitude and lack of professionalism

My daughter was taken to Akeso Parktown on 6 Feb '23 from Secunda. No permission was requested from us. Furtheremore, we have NOT been contacted as parents and no feedback is provided if there is progress at all. No discussion of payment or any related matters including duration of my daughter's stay.

This is extremely rude and unprofessional.
