No family support or communication

Zero communication from Akeso regarding my minor daughter’s progress. No visiting due to COVID regulations but staff can go in and out. Had one family meeting which was awful- more meetings were promised to work through issues but now they have ‘run out if time’. No family support at all with calls limited to 5 minutes with your child. More akin to a prison than a hospital, in my opinion.
