Horrible experience

I have never felt such disgust in my life, the kitchen staff dilute milk with water just so they save costs according to me or they think we are crazy that we do not even see or taste the difference. On 17.09.2019 I confronted the kitchen supervisor about it and he actually got so defensive and shouted asking me if it was the first time I noticed that the milk was diluted? Told him no and he just did not care and he told me he will investigate and get back to me and I’m still waiting for his response. Took the matter to the hospital Manager and he was shocked to hear about the matter( not sure if it was an act or he was really shocked) , he also said he will investigate and we are still waiting patiently for the outcome. As if that was not enough, only 4 or if they are lucky 5 cleaners are expected to do detail cleaning in all the rooms everyday and still make our beds. I’m not sure how many rooms are in each floor but I think each floor has more than 25 rooms. The 2 cleaners working night shift are expected to also serve us tea and sandwiches and wash our cups and still clean the hospital. I have never in my life seen a cleaner who serves food to patients.
