Akeso Parktown is splendid!!!

I spent 3 weeks at Akeso Parktown in June 2023 for major depression and it was a fantastic experience!!! Everything was top class, from the psychologist I was referred to, to the psychiatrist to the friendly, caring nurses to the excellent and plentiful food to the OT's and Psychologists holding the group sessions to the content of the group sessions, everything was World Class. I found myself again and learnt a tremendous amount about life, relationships etc. I would recommend that everybody do a course here, not just those needing psychiatric help, it is truly life changing. Thanks to everybody there who was part of my journey, thanks a ton!!!
