Very bad service

My husband was there two weeks ago. Dr Mothapo said that he will send a report the next day. I followed up and the lady said that he was busy we will receive it end of last week. I phoned this morning and the lady was surprised that my husband did not receive his report yet. I phone them several times a day and most 99% of the time the lady does not pick up the phone.
