Treatment by PROCESS FACILITATORS

I am writing to the clinic to advise as to how disappointing i am with treatment from your process group facilitators Peta-Lyn - she is one ruthless heartless, her comments or feedback to a patient would break them to pieces - what she says go, be it you like or agree with it or not. . .and i feel that is totally wrong and not the way to treat people.

Does not care about other cultures - at some point Marius was like everyone in this group does not have integrity - like who says that to people who are out to get help?
