NO HOT WATER WORST SERVICE!

To complaints: NETCARE AKESO CRESCENT.

I have been here for a week and there is still no hot water. There ladies who recently checked out said they've had no hot water in 3 weeks. I have complained twice and netcare brought in a plumber who did absolutely nothing!

This is unacceptable! Hot water is a basic necessity in this very cold weather.

I hope you will fix this issue as soon as possible!
