Disrespectful nursing manager

Patricia Jenne the nursing manager of day staff was highly unprofessional in the way she addressed patients this morning, we are in a mental wellness clinic to be helped and not be triggered by staff and when addressing us this morning started swearing and using vulgar language towards us and addressing patients with mental illnesses in a disrespectful manner which triggered a few patients with anger issues and could’ve became a very volatile situation. I find this highly unprofessional and feel their nursing staff obviously need the training on how to address the patients in an adequate way. Highly disappointed as I’m here to be treated not triggered
