BAD TREATMENT & GROSS NEGLIGENCE

I was admitted at Akeso Randburg and I'm allocated in a room that is next to a smoking area, I was never taken any serious when I raised a concern of my health neither by the nurses nor by the matron(Mr Tshabalala), I was left with no choice but to contact the head office and I spoke to Thomas who also promised to get back me(and never did). I'm on the 3rd day in the same room with chest/lung problems and no one seems to care not even a decency to come to me and advise me of the solution, instead I am forced to sit with their uncomfortable option that they give me mainly to remain in the room and make sure that the door is closed while waiting for them, this is now day 3 and my health is at risk and compromised by/at the health institution. This is pathetic and totally unaccepted. I am disappointed by this and unfortunately I still have more days to stay here and right now I doubt if this is the right place for my healing.<br> I wish everyone can be treated with love and dignity regardless of race, health condition etc
