Bad attitude and service from Pinky Mokoena

I've been waiting for my ECG since 5:45am,however,there was then an emergency and nurses could not attend to me,which is fine. Roughly 6:45am...7am,day nurses came in,Pinky then asked me what I'm waiting for,and I explained,she then asvised that I should remain seated and she will attend to me,7:15 I then ask her again,she then gives me a bad attitude,as per usual and tells me \sweetie
