You are required to share a room of 5 people with 1 toilet and 1 shower. You are too put up with a constant dirty shower and a toilet that constantly has urine sprayed all over the place. You lose sleep due to people snoring. After 2 weeks of enduring this filth and lack of sleep, i finally get promised my own room, only to be told the plan is changed and i won't be moving rooms. The nurse (Z. Moorosi) and nursing manager (J. Sudheen) refuse to give me their first names, and resorted to actually blocking their name badges. Nurse Z. Moorosi had no respect when dealing with myself and other people, I'm one of many to complain about her and as for the nursing manager, she refuses to see me coming up with irrelevant excuses. I took a nurse to the toilet and asked her if she would use it, her exact response "HELL NO!!!!"
