Bad service

Where to begin?My mom patient at Akeso clinic in Alberton and we were really happy with the way there service was,but this year we aren't happy with the service at all.my mom was admitted at 18:35 on the 09/10/2022 and it's 20:55p.m I'm on the call with her,her bed not made up,she hasn't been attended to only let her to her room that's not accepted and it no need for the manager to get ugly with the patient cause I'm the one complaining about the service,feel free contact me. And don't be funny with the patient or it might go further and it 21:00 the patient hasn't been searched.Dr Naidoo is helpful and a good family doctor we are happy with her service only the clinic service is bad. And now the patients will be treated funny cause of a complain,I think this job is for people that love and has a passion for helping and taking care of the next person and understanding them really.
