Akeso stepping stones , bad & no ethics

Those looking to go to stepping stones or akeso clinic in kommetjie. As all read one expects patients to always say the worse. As a husband. I can advise to all to Stay Away. You will waste you money in the first week or two and have achieved nothing for your family and loved one. Tough love is hard , but this is not the place to heal. Good example is that if you look on Facebook they seem to have a 5 star rating. Comments are actually from staff , the manger ,Nikki. Not a true reflection. Second, looks great from website , but all some and mirror. The bed rooms are far from the luxury they picture. This is a false indication. I understand basis , but not cupboard to lock your valuables or broken handles on you bedside stand , extermel dirt carpets and defiantly bed bugs bit. No santiniting done. If you want staff to to give you or the patient a run around. That's what they do best , no structure. No communication from hospital Phyciastric do not pitch for appointments, so one would expect the phyciastrist to communicate with patienrs and hospital staff , have a roster or basis schedule of when each patient is been seen for treatment. My shocking experience is there is no schedule , and the hospital has not idea when the patients is to be seen. When I query this as my funds are going towards help, no answers but deflecting of questions. My wife suffered ***usl trauma caused by men and they gave her a Male phycologist. That's the worse you do for a woman. Here's what happend, you pay, they keep the patient there 3 weeks , at a daily rate which is extremely expensive, get 6 psychologist sessions and if you luck 2 phyciastris session. So this money making Stepping,Stones is not there to help but make money of your daily bed fee. It's like a guest house. But that what stepping stones was previously. Stay away , the Akeso group a place of little ethics and a lot of taking your money. Calls never get returned and no communication
