Special need baby

Good day Peter,

I have a 2 and a half year old niece who is on oxgen 24/7 we go to the Alberton clinic for her check ups. How could they expect us as 1 person to carry a special needs baby that cant walk and a oxygen bottle with no help and they are extremely rude aswell. We had to wait from 7 up to 11 too see a doctor. We feel that they should help people with oxygen first and that other people should wait.
