Shocking Facilities!!... Government or Private...?

We checked our daughter into Akeso Alberton yesterday afternoon. We were forced to sign an indemnity form for loss, theft etc only to discover the cupboard doors have broken clasps and latches! The container for urine samples was a plastic cup that looked like it came from the canteen without a lid or cover to seal it and we had to walk all the way back to our daughters room to get the urine sample.
