Rude kitchen staff

Prudence from the kitchen is extremely rude. She shouts at patients about food orders. It's outrageous, as a patient who witnessed how she carved into a mentally fragile person about "not having pizza in stock" that day, and how "she keeps telling us that the delivery will be late", I was uppaled. Was disgusting to watch the poor patient say "I'm so sorry, it's my first time I'd ordering the pizza, I didn't know". The least Prudence could have done, was be polite. She walked around throwing her hands in the air, shouting at the patient. Extremely hard to watch, and I hope the patient is OK, as I also witnessed her crying in the courtyard after the encounter. What a shame, as all other staff are so polite at the facility. But Prudence sure set me back in terms of falling depressed and angry.
