Horrible

Where to begin? Might as well make points: 1. Some nurses are just absolutely disgusting in their treatment of the patients. Treating them as if we are a burden of some sort and sigh when we need help or have questions, despite the fact that we pay a ridiculous amount of money to be here to get help for mental problems. 2. ************** of outfits.. Understandable that it is a hospital however in the middle of summer wearing long pants and a big shirt isn't exactly ideal everyday. Also. Some patients get warnings for wearing shorts where as some do not. The "nurse favourite patients" can wear whatever they want. 3. The coffee shop pricing and service is absolutely ridiculous. R30 for a coffee! You must be joking. That's after you have to walk into the kitchen to ask for someone to help. 4. Waiting in lines for long periods is the standard here. I waited an HOUR to do a blood test when I was 3rd in line which resulted in me missing breakfast. 5. Absolutely no searches were made in regards to the substance abuse patients. My roommate was high some nights and a bag of CAT was found in the garden yet nothing was done still. 6. Everyone complained about their safety in regarding certain patients as things were being ****** as no doors were allowed to be locked. 7. The only good thing I can comment on is the care from the psychiatrists and the psychologists. They were excellent. 8. The nurses definitely need a good warning as they are supposed to be caring and supportive rather than rude and not helpful. 9. The 21 days was worth getting the medication I needed and that was it.
