*********** ward councillor

The DA ward councillor in akasia municipality is very *********** and inconsiderate to serve the people.(i forgot her name but I think is Marriette or something but is an Afrikaans name)She is hardly at her office so basically you have to call her if you need a service from her.I went to the municipality desperately looking for proof of residence and I was told that she doesn't come to the office I should call her when I did that, she kept on ignoring my call until I left her a message which she ignored and responded the following day.I told her that I need a proof of residence urgently and she said I should make an appointment to come and meet her in three days.I was so ****ed because I really needed proof of residence immediately.after three days I called her but it directed me to her voicemail which stated"I left for vacation"will be back in two weeks if you need help go to so and so.".I was so ****ed cos she didn't care about the appointment I made with her.I tried to call the person she refered us to on her voicemail, and when I called the person,he used the same tactics of not currently available make appointment..honestly this is not the first time something similar to this happen and I've realize is how she operate.I ended up went back to the municipality and I found a lady called Sipho***azi,ANC ward councillor for wonderpark area,so I asked her for a proof of residence to my surprise she also denied to write me one saying I don't belong to her demographic,I tried to explain to her about my situation but she refused and said she wont be able to assist me I should be assisted by DA ward councillor for nina park area.I mean ninapark and wonderpark are just roads apart.I was again disappointed and realize how *********** and inconsiderate the two ward councillor are,they don't care about serving people they are just in office to get paid.
